| More then 10000 Belgians over a wide age span were polled on the attractiveness of all companies in the country with a workforce of at least 1000 persons. This survey was conducted by ICMA, a specialized market research consultancy, at the request of Randstad, a temporary employment office. Equaling last year’s performance, we were ranked first, this time by 49% of the respondents. |

That means that of the people surveyed who said that they knew of our company, about half would like to work here.
We scored far above the average for each of the ten criteria covered in the survey, but the following results are particularly impressive:
financial health (78%)
interesting jobs (73%)
good training (73%)
strong management (72%)
As for the other companies, Fortis came second, Solvay third, VRT fourth and GSK fifth.
With the current ranking, we are the only company to have made it to the top 3 each year that the survey was done. How else to describe that than a feather in our cap! |
