| After you have
applied for a job…
1. Your CV will be read by one
of our selection consultants and considered in
relation to the job opportunities at Janssen Pharmaceutica.
2. You will hear from us as
soon and as fully as possible about your job application.
You will receive either a letter or an e-mail
message, or perhaps a phone call, with one of
the following answers:
- an invitation for a job interview;
- notification that we regret to advise that there
are no job opportunities available at present
but your CV will be kept on our recruitment file
(which is actively used) for future reference.
3. The job interview
You will be invited for an interview with:
- one of the responsible persons in our Human
Resources department;
- one or more of the responsible persons in the
recruiting department;
- possibly one of your future colleagues.
The interviews may be spread over several selection
rounds.
The purpose of these meetings is 'getting acquainted'
and 'exploring'. We try to assess your personality,
motivation and capacities.
We recommend that you take this opportunity to
ask questions, so that you have a clear idea of
the specific job contents and expectations.
The interviews are held in our premises in Beerse
and/or Geel, Belgium.

– Geel).
4. Tests
After the job interview (or interviews) we will
ask you to take one or more tests.
Don't be put off by these tests. We are simply
trying to gain an insight into your personality
and/or a number of basic skills that are essential
for the performance of the job.
For very specific functions, we may invite you
for an extensive assessment exercise. These are
often arranged through an outside selection agency.
5. You did it! … You are the final
candidate!
We conclude the selection procedure with a medical
examination and, lastly but certainly not least,
a job offer interview.
Good luck! |
