How it works

Temp 1

The FLDP is a 2 year rotational traineeship program consisting of 3 challenging finance assignments with a duration of 8 months. Each of these assignments increase in responsibility and provide a real insight into how our business works in completely different environments - throughout the various business segments of Johnson & Johnson. You will gain experience in: Operations Control, R&D Finance, Marketing Control, Consolidation & Reporting and Treasury. The program also includes at least 1 rotation to a company in another European country.

The scheme is focused on continuous coaching, mentoring, feedback and evaluation to guarantee optimal on-the-job learning - supplemented by 8 weeks of classroom training in the United States, (spread over about 6 periods) - together with your fellow trainees from all over the world. This will cover technical and managerial topics (finance, communication, presentation, influencing, listening and problem solving).

This is a unique opportunity, allowing you to gain experience in diverse professional domains, learn how our business works, and build truly global networks to get you 100% ready to take on a position of leadership after the traineeship, usually in your hiring company.
